The Tempranillo of Languedoc



The Tempranillo is vinified in a small tank where manual cap-punching is done for one month to extract its full expression and richness. After the fermentations, it is aged for five months in stainless steel tanks.

Clay-marly soil, north exposure, planted over 5% stony slopes. 3 km north of La Livinière, the plots are located in a natural area where wild boars and deers rub shoulders. It looks towards the Causse, the first hilly plateau of the Black Mountain.

An cheerful and juicy 100% tempranillo, showing its fluidity and spice, benefiting the aromatic environment of the 300 m high hills north of la Livinière village.
